As an independent art advisor, I advise private and corporate collectors on all aspects of the contemporary art market with focus on acquisition and collection building.
I also undertake curatorial and editorial tasks, and am always interested in hearing about projects that involve art.
In addition to my art advisory services I have the pleasure of working directly with a select group of contemporary artists; Kirstine Roepstorff, Lea Guldditte Hestelund, Mille Kalsmose, Sophie Dupont, Malene Landgreen, Lars Christensen and Dan Stockholm. By appointment select works by the artists can be viewed in the showroom.
2112 Art Advisory started as an office in Brønnums Hus in the heart of Copenhagen.
In the fall of 2019 I relocated to open a showroom at Birkedommervej 31 in the industrial Northwest part of Copenhagen where many galleries and artist studios are also situated.
I hold a masters degree in art history from The University of Copenhagen and Harvard University, and have many years experience as gallery director of leading Danish gallery Nils Stærk.
My first career was in the world of classical ballet. I am educated at The Royal Danish Ballet School, and was part of the corps de ballet of The Royal Danish Ballet until an injury forced me to stop dancing in 2001. Today my dancer discipline and attention to detail are invaluable tools as an independent advisor and agent.
I look forward to hearing from you on how I can potentially help you or your company with any art related inquiries.
